Postage Terms & Conditions
- We aim to dispatch all orders the same business day where possible.
- Orders placed before 11am may be eligible for same-day Melbourne delivery.
- Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the next business day.
- Products marked “2-Day Dispatch” are transferred from our warehouse to our Melbourne store before dispatch. These items will be shipped within 2 business days.
- All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier.
- All shipping services operate Monday–Friday (no weekend delivery).
- All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.
- P.O Boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted.
*Same-day delivery: Available to selected Melbourne Metropolitan postcodes only. Orders must be placed before 11am (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after this time may be delivered the next business day.
